Develop and implement forward-thinking learning and development strategies aligned with Akkar’s
organisational goals and evolving needs.
Design and deliver innovative training programs for recruitment, account management, and business
development, tailored to diverse learning styles and skill levels.
Collaborate with recruitment managers to identify performance gaps and create targeted development
plans.
Lead initiatives to identify and nurture high-potential employees and future leaders within Akkar.
Manage Akkar’s training platform, ensuring all content is current, relevant, and aligned with company
objectives, while regularly refreshing and expanding resources.
Evaluate development programs using KPIs and ROI analysis to measure their effectiveness.
Foster a culture of learning and professional growth by encouraging participation in training initiatives
across all levels of the organisation.
Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to unlock their potential and support career progression.
Oversee training budgets and negotiate with external vendors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality
learning solutions.
Partner with HR, recruitment managers, and senior leadership to align learning initiatives with broader
organisational goals and contribute to Akkar’s overall growth strategy.
