Akkar was built on a simple conviction: finding disruptive talent isn't just part of the equation. It's everything.
After years watching organisations get buried in resume spam and shallow searches, we set out to do things differently. We built the Art of the Search to engineer connections that drive companies forward.
Through our engineering division, we take on niche, complex projects with precision, delivering within scope, on time, and without compromise on quality.
Whatever the brief, we're built for long-term partnerships. We grow with our clients, and that shapes everything from how we hire to how we engineer.
