Aerospace

Build what has to fly, and prove it.

Aerospace runs on decade-long programmes, certification measured in years, and a specialist pool that shrinks with every retirement. Nothing ships until it's proven. Akkar recruits across the aircraft and the supply chain behind it, engineering, certification, MRO, and the industrial capability that keeps programmes moving.

Long programmes, shrinking benches.

Aerospace hiring isn't a headcount problem. It's a continuity problem, programmes outlast careers, and the people who hold certification knowledge are leaving faster than they're being replaced.

The experience curve is breaking

A generation of certification and airworthiness specialists is retiring. Their replacements need years of programme exposure before they can sign anything. That gap can't be closed by hiring quickly, only by hiring correctly.

Rate ramp is a supply chain problem

Order books are full; the supply chain isn't ready. Tier-ones and SMEs need industrialisation, quality, and supplier development talent as urgently as the primes need engineers.

New propulsion is rewriting the skill set

Hydrogen, hybrid-electric, and SAF programmes need engineers who understand both traditional airworthiness and unfamiliar energy systems. Very few people have both.

Expertise across the aircraft and the supply chain.

We recruit across primes, tier-ones, and the specialist suppliers behind them, plus the adjacent markets where comparable engineering has already been proven.
