Intelligence in motion.
Autonomy is where software moves from prediction to action.
Akkar connects companies with specialists who make perception, planning and control work safely and reliably in the physical world.

The challenge is not making autonomy work once.
It is making it work when conditions change.
Deployment introduces uncertainty that simulation cannot fully reproduce. Perception, safety and control all have to hold together when the system meets the real world.

Real-world conditions change the problem
Weather, degraded sensors, unusual objects and unpredictable behaviour create situations that test far more than benchmark performance.
The strongest autonomy teams hire for resilience as much as raw capability.
Safety has to be proven, not assumed
A system can perform well and still be difficult to deploy.
Safety engineering, validation and evidence become critical when autonomous decisions have real-world consequences.
Autonomy needs more than learned models
Learned models are taking on more perception and decision-making, while deployed systems still rely on rules, controls and safety constraints.
That creates demand for people who can work across both.
Expertise across the full autonomy stack.
We recruit from perception through to deployment, and across markets where the same autonomy challenges are being solved in parallel.

The people who make intelligence act.
From autonomy leadership to the specialists who close the safety case, these are the roles we recruit for most.
The Hire Behind Apollo's Compliance Function
Mass production, no in-house compliance function
Apollo was heading into mass production without in-house compliance capability. Apptronik needed one engineer to own RF, EMI and EMC strategy and build a test lab from scratch.
Searched beyond robotics
We went where the expertise already existed: consumer electronics.
Akkar engaged a passive senior specialist from audio manufacturing, and Apptronik shaped the role around his experience. We also coordinated his family's relocation to Austin.
"After 10 minutes on the phone Kris connected me with Apptronik, who were looking for, for lack of a better explanation, me. Every single aspect of their needs matched my skillset perfectly. This shows how well Kris was able to match skills, not just abilities, but the actual needs and wants of both parties. Akkar really matches skilled people with the right opportunities they will excel in."
